Solar PV Generation base line is 850 kWh/kWp optimal generation, which is adjusted to take into account shading, orientation and angle in the calculation. In parts of southern and western England this may be exceeded

Wind Turbine locations are assumed to have aqnd average wind speed of 5 m/s at hub height, and are 100% turbulence free
Annual cost saving is based on typical residential electricity and gas prices. These may change in future, 
bespoke solutions incorporating solar roof tiles and in roof systems can be provided. The prices here do not provide this.
Carbon saving figures based on standard car achieving 35mpg. 
Prices are based on residential VAT rates of 5%.
