Luke graduated from the University of London in 2003 with a BSc in Geology and Astrophysics. Following a stint with the Institute of Physics, Luke joined the renewable energy industry in 2006 as Commercial Sales Manager for London based Solar Century. In 2010 he moved to Ardenham Energy where he is the Regional Manager for Central England; proud to lead an expert team of Renewable Energy Consultants in the design and delivery of tailored energy solutions across a diverse customer base.

Outside of work Luke enjoys getting away from it all and getting on his bike with his young family to the West Highlands of Scotland and going back to his roots; visiting family in Ireland. Hidden talents include; Elvis impersonation, innovative Lego construction and Ninjutsu.

After serving 12 years in the Royal Navy as an Electronics Engineer, Steve spent three years designing control systems for the food process industry before moving into Sales in 1993.

Steve began his time in Renewables with Southern Electric contracting before joining a start-up company dealing with all forms of renewables and energy saving devices in 2007.

After a short spell of consultancy work, mainly in Biomass, Steve joined Ardenham as the Sales Manager in October 2008. Steve currently works from the Guildford office.

Jeanne has recently joined Ardenham Energy having spent the last five years in the Renewable Energy sector designing and installing renewable energy systems into the commercial and domestic market. With a Masters in Corporate Environmental Management and Development she has a toolkit to audit environmental performance and provide insights and pragmatic recommendations to put sustainability at the core of business strategy and communicate the benefits to encourage take up.

In her spare time Jeanne is involved in the regeneration of the historic town of Tunbridge Wells feeling passionate about leaving a legacy for future generations to enjoy especially in the light of the new Localism Bill.

Jeanne has always been environmentalist at heart which in part can be attributed to having spent half of her life in Africa. She is often seen jogging through the Ashdown forest at sunrise. She admits that there is nothing more satisfying than thrashing her opponent at squash and that there is nothing more frustrating than a bad game of golf – thrashing oneself!

An Aussie ex-pat whose been living in the UK long enough to get a passport, Michelle’s been at Ardenham for almost a year as a proposals manager. She’s currently trying to find time to complete her research project for a Masters of Science in Renewable Energy.

She loves to travel, taking photos on the way. Current hobbies also include crochet, beer brewing and making cupcakes with odd ingredients. She’s contemplating inflicting chocolate and bacon cupcakes on the office.
